2-1/2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth

5 cups fresh broccoli florets

1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained

1 cup uncooked orzo

1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined

3/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

2 teaspoons dried basil

2 tablespoons butter
Directions

Bring
broth to a boil in nonstick casserole.
2. Add the broccoli, tomatoes and orzo.
3. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered--- for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Add the shrimp. Season with Salt & Pepper. 5. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or so until orzo is tender and the shrimp is done. 6. Stir in butter & basil.
