Mango Smoothie

NotSoTwistedNeo's late-night craving of Mango Smoothie.
Frozen mangoes, check. Low fat yogurt, check. A small scoop of Vanilla ice cream, and mango juice... Viola!

Shrimp Orzo Soup

This is notsotwistedneo's favorite.

Ingredients

• 2-1/2 cups reduced-sodium chicken broth
• 5 cups fresh broccoli florets
• 1 can (14-1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
• 1 cup uncooked orzo
• 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 teaspoons dried basil
• 2 tablespoons butter

Directions

1. Bring broth to a boil in nonstick casserole.
   2. Add the broccoli, tomatoes and orzo.
   3. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered--- for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 4. Add the shrimp. Season with Salt & Pepper.
5. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or so until orzo is tender and the shrimp is done.
6. Stir in butter & basil.
